databroker is responsible for a complex technical, financial and technological service of the
loyalty program prepared for Sobieski Sp. z o.o. client’s, that retail alcohol products. Program is called „Zyski z półki” and runs throughout Poland.
Service includes:
- gathering and digitalisation of data received from contracts which are signed between Sobieski sales representatives and owners of retail shops,
- registration of merchandiser’s appointments at the retailers in their sales representatives palmtops, data management by using CRM;
- conducting multichannel communication with the participants of the
loyalty program and sales representatives by using the following communication tools (Internet, telephone, fax, post),
- loyalty program’s documents management, preparing and sending invoices in PDF format on the www server,
- gathering the full history of participants actions and assigning particular sales representatives to a particular retail outlet: as well as the number of visits, signed contracts and current status of fulfilling the loyalty program’s conditions,
- financial accounting with the participants and the client in the loyalty program.
